
$10.5 MILLION WORTH OF COCAINE FOUND ON TRUCK, 2 MEN ARRESTED
A high priced drug bust led to $10.5 million in cocaine hidden in a truck load of tomatoes
On March 25, 2022 a $10.5 million cocaine drug bust occurred on an 18-wheeler truck in Las Vegas. The cocaine was hidden in a tomato shipment. Nanak Singh and Chandra Prakash were arrested and booked for trafficking a controlled substance.
Detectives stopped the truck for alleged erratic driving at 2:30 a.m. Police became suspicious and called in a K-9. The dog then indicated a positive alert for drugs which led to a search.
Among a load of tomatoes, cops say 230 pounds of cocaine was found with an estimated street value of $10.5 million dollars.
