Trafficking size quantities of cocaine, heroin, and MDMA led to two men behind bars

A drug bust resulted in the arrest of Wendell McCain, 30, and Jarvis Reed, 31, on January 24, 2020.

Drug surveillance in Charlotte, NC brought charges forth for the suspects. The drugs were allegedly being dealt near the Sugar Creek and Interstate 85 corridor.

As officers moved in, both suspects were arrested. Trafficking amounts of cocaine, heroin, MDMA, and marijuana were allegedly found during the drug bust, along with a stolen firearm.

A total of $4,433 was also seized during the course of the investigation.

The suspects were both charged with Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Trafficking Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell, Felony Possession of Marijuana, Felony Maintaining a Dwelling, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Not for Marijuana, and Felony Conspiracy.
