Priscilla Ann Salais, 37, was arrested on two counts of child endangerment after two babys were found alone and hog-tied on January 9, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.
The children’s grandmother requested a welfare check on January 9th.
Priscilla was serving as a temporary guardian of the children because their parents are under investigation by Child Protective Services over accusations of child abuse.

First responders went to a home and did not get an answer, but heard babys crying. Officials then forced there way into the home and encountered a hog-tied 1-year-old baby girl and a 2-year-old child alone. The babys were both caged in a playpen.
The children had their wrists and ankles tied. The baby had visible injuries, including a black eye and bloody lip.
The 2-year-old boy's diaper was heavily soiled. The playpen that the children were locked in was completely covered by a changing table and a baby carrier, hence trapping the child within the enclosure.
Priscilla was not at the home and was not able to be found until January 11, 2022, which is the same day that she was arrested.
The kids are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.
