MAN MISSING, WAS LAST SEEN ON NEW YEARS DAY
The search is on for a man that's been missing for days, he has a cognitive impairment
22-year-old Devin Backstrom is missing. Devin was last seen leaving his caregiver’s residence in Charlotte, NC on New Years Day 2022.
Devin is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and other medical conditions, officials say.
