On January 4, 2022 a traffic crash occurred leading to an 18-wheeler truck overturning on Interstate 85 in Charlotte, NC before 9 a.m. The truck was hauling plywood.
An upside down traffic accident on Interstate 85
The truck slid on the wet roads and flipped upside down on the exit ramp from I-85 South to Interstate 77.
The truck's plywood haul then spilled onto the highway. The accident forced a closure at the ramp on Interstate 85 southbound. Medic says no one was taken to the hospital.
