2 ARRESTED, CHARGED WITH MURDERING TEENAGER
A teenager was murdered, an adult man and a 15-year-old were arrested
On August 12, 2022 Desmond Dailey, 20, was charged with the Charlotte, NC murder of Kashawn Johnson, 18. A 15-year-old was also charged with Kashawn's murder.

Kashawn was shot on May 14, 2022 in a neighborhood on Beech Crest Place.
Upon arrival, officers located Kashawn suffering from a gunshot wound. Medic arrived and transported the victim to Atrium Main Hospital with life threatening injuries.
