On September 11, 2021 a home was shot at on Bethel Road Charlotte, NC around 9:53 p.m. The home was shot into and suspects fled the area.

On September 27, 2021 Kate Rios, 22, and Raul Lino, 22, were both arrested and charged with discharging weapon into occupied property and felony conspiracy.
