3 police officers pled guilty in connection with the shooting death of 8-year-old Fanta Bility in Sharon Hill, PA on November 10, 2022. Brian Devaney, Sean Dolan, and Devon Smith are the cops that shot and killed little Fanta. The cops were with the Sharon Hill Police Department.

Fanta was shot on August 27, 2021 at Academy Park High School during a football game. Fanta was attending the high school football game with her mother and other family.

As Fanta was leaving the game with her family, teenagers began shooting at each other during a fight.

Officers Brian, Devon, and Sean heard the gunfire and began shooting at a vehicle that they thought was firing the shots.

The vehicle in reality had nothing to do with the shooting. As the officers shot at the vehicle, several bullets were shot at Fanta and her family who were on the other side of the vehicle on the outside walking.

Fanta was shot by the officer's gunfire, Fanta's sister was also shot, along with other people.

Sadly, Fanta died from the shooting. The teenagers that initially fired the shots during the altercation were later arrested.

Officers Brian, Devon, and Sean were arrested and later fired from the police department. On November 10, 2022 the officers pled guilty to reckless endangerment.

Their sentencing is expected in January 2023. A civil suit against the police department is planned by the family.
