A 4th man has been arrested and charged with the murder of 21-year-old Tahajie Howard in Charlotte, NC. Pierre McClure, 33, is the 4th man and he was arrested on December 10, 2021. Gervaris Culp, 24, Takyi Wylie, 20, and Jamel Robinson, 21, were the first 3 suspects arrested in the murder.

Gervaris was shot in 2018 during a gun fight, he was critically injured from the shooting.   

Tahajie was shot and killed in a violent homicide on October 17, 2021 on South Mint Street in the heart of downtown Charlotte.

In the late evening Tahajie was shot on Remount Road. Tahajie was driven to a parking lot on South Mint Street in uptown Charlotte, where he was pronounced deceased on scene.

Geraaris, Takyi, and Jamel were arrested on December 9, 2021 and charged with first degree murder.   

After retrieving information during interrogations, police went after and arrested Pierre. He is also charged with 1st degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
