A CHICK-FIL-A OWNER ADMITTED TO SEXUALLY ASSAULTING GIRL SHE KNEW FROM CHURCH
Instead of serving up chicken sandwiches and lemonade, this Chick-fil-a employee was sleeping in the same bed with a teen girl. Heather Matuszek, 32, is a Tampa Bay, Florida Chick-fil-a owner and operator, she has been charged with molestation.
Pinellas County Sheriff deputies said that between 2014 and 2015, Heather was a youth leader at the Clearwater Community Church and gained the trust of a 15-year-old girl so they could spend more time together. Heather was 28 years old at the time.
While at the girl’s home in Pinellas County, FL Heather spent the night and slept in the same bed as the girl. Heather then rubbed the girl’s body. The girl felt limp and paralyzed during the encounter.
The now 19-year-old victim told authorities on two separate occasions Heather spent the night in her bed. Each time, the victim alleges Heather kissed her face and rubbed her arms, body and breasts over her clothing.
Heather admitted to the allegations occurring in Pinellas County, according to deputies.
Matuszek was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on June 12, 2019.
Chick-fil-a released the following statement:
"This is deeply disturbing news. No one should ever be subjected to this sort of abuse and we are shocked and saddened by the report. Law enforcement has jurisdiction over this matter and we are awaiting full facts to inform our actions. Chick-fil-A, Inc. is sending company representatives to the location for restaurant support."
