ARREST MADE IN MURDER OF YOUNG BLACK MAN ON WEST TRADE STREET

A suspect has been charged in the shooting death of a man in west Charlotte

Algia Clark, 21, is charged with the August 20, 2019 murder of A’mari McCaskill, 20.

A'mari was killed in a shooting on West Trade Street Charlotte, NC.

As a result of continued investigation, Algia was identified as a suspect and warrants were issued for his arrest. On August 24 detectives located and arrested Algia. 

Algia is charged with murder and possession of a firearm by felon.
