
BUG FOUND IN CUSTOMER'S CHICK-FIL-A SANDWICH, CLIENT SPREAD THE WORD AND GOT BANNED
On October 15, 2021 a customer found a bug in his Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich at the 8020 Concord Mills Blvd Concord, NC Chick-fil-a location. The Chick-fil-a is right across the street from the popular Concord Mills Mall. Receipts show the customer received a refund, but he was later banned from the Chick-fil-a location.
The customer went to the Chick-fil-a and ordered a delicious fried chicken sandwich with tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. The customer was about to bite into his scrumptious hot sandwich, but he noticed rotten lettuce and a bug in his sandwich.
The customer became super angry and stormed back to the Chick-fil-a and demanded a refund after letting the staff know that a bug and rotten lettuce was in his meal.
Chick-fil-a gave the customer a refund. The customer accepted the refund and began telling other customers in the drive-thru that a bug was found in his Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich. The man also instructed the drive-thru customers to check their food.
Many customers believed the man, and they pulled off from the drive-thru.

The police were called, under a claim that the man was harassing people in the drive thru. The customer was then banned from Chick-fil-a once the police arrived.
