Jatwan Cuffie, 16, seen in the black shirt is the young man police say murdered Bobby Mckeithen seen in the green shirt during a shooting at Butler high school in Matthews, NC.

Bobby was apparently bullying Jatwan, which is what led to the deadly encounter.
