The laws need to be change fir domestic abuse. To many women have been killed after they have seek help from the ones who get paid to protect us. He should have never been let out of jail. Those protection orders are useless. With his history he was a known threat!!! Praying for the victim & her family.

The individual was captured GREAT, but please give those men and women who work at the Charlotte Area Transit Center the respect they deserve. They went through the same state mandated training as CMPD officers and are SWORN police officers not security guards according to the State of North Carolina. They are able to preform all manor of law enforcement on any property belonging to CATS. Again its GREAT the man was captured and those men and women did a great job apprehending him.

He was also arrested last week for harassing phone calls and violating a protective order. With a violent past why was he back on the street so soon? Now he has shot his ex girlfriend and she is in really bad condition, might not survive. This man should have never been released so soon from jail.
