Emmett Cherry, 34, was driving drunk when he crashed his vehicle, causing a bad accident on Sunday afternoon, emergency officials say. Emmett was even trapped inside his vehicle before nearby standers hurled in to free him.

But Emmett may need to be freed again because he was arrested for Driving While Impaired.

On Sunday October 7, 2018 at noon Emmett was driving his 2002 Buick when he swerved and lost control of his vehicle, causing his car to roll down Robinson Church Rd.

A female leaving church stated that Emmett was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle and rolled six to eight times until it came to a rest in the ditch on the right side of the road.
