A Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins restaurant received a terrible 87 B on a environmental health inspection on January 3, 2022. The location in question is at 2037 West Sugar Creek Road Charlotte, NC. The manager during the inspection did not hold a certified food protection manager certification.

There was mold buildup observed on the ice machine.

The manager was unable to correctly answer questions that demonstrate knowledge and vastness of violations and repeat violations. The manager's lack of knowledge indicates poor managerial control over the Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins establishment.

In fact, two employees came into the prep area and begin working with food without washing their hands. An employee in the food prep area was seen handling food with no hair restraint on.
