Samuel Stitt, 23, was the latest homicide victim in Charlotte. There have been several murders this week in Charlotte.

Samuel was killed on the night of August 8, 2019 at the Somerset Apartments on Ventura Way Drive Charlotte, NC.

There was an assault with a deadly weapon dispatch response at the apartments. Upon arrival, officers located Samuel with a gunshot wound inside of an apartment. Samuel was pronounced deceased on scene.

Suspects are still possible as this is still an active investigation.

Samuel is a former student of Rocky River High School in Mint Hill, NC.
