Several health code violations landed a Japanese hibachi restaurant with a poor 87 inspection score

The Hibachi Express Japanese restaurant located on 7945 North Tryon Street Charlotte, NC earned a bad health score of 87 during a inspection on December 9, 2019.

The employees were not washing their hands when needed. The inspector explained that more hand washing was needed and employees were made to wash hands.

There was no certified food protection manager onsite during the inspection.

Another Asian restaurant called The River Buffet scored an 88 during a health inspection.

The Hibachi Express Japanese restaurant inspection noted that there was no soap at the hand wash sink.

An employee's personal raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in the walk in cooler. The inspector instructed that the personal food should be moved to a different shelf.

During the inspection unlabeled containers of sauces were being stored in empty shiracha bottles. Also there were several containers of food stored on the ground.

See this is why I stopped eating from these people. Even though the food be good at some of these locations I feel like none of them are safe because they are nasty people. I have been in a Chinese restaurant about to order and saw one of the employees blow their nose with his bare hands holding one nostril and blowing out the other in a trash can. I was fucking weak!!! I left so quick and i am so glad I hadn't ordered any food because those people do not like to give your money back. I do not recommend anyone eating from these locations. They do not care about us. All they care about is your money that you can not get back even if you are not satisfied!
