David McQuiller, 26, met a 15-year-old girl on facebook in Charlotte, NC, he came to the girl's house late at night and had sexual interactions with her. Last week David was sentenced to 125-210 months in prison.

In May 2018, David contacted the 15-year-old victim via Facebook, and they began exchanging messages. He told the victim that he was 20 years old when in fact he was 24 years old.

Eventually David came to the girl's home in the middle of the night for sexual purposes. The next morning, he walked the girl to school. The victim’s mother contacted police after she discovered text messages in her daughter’s phone from David, who was asking the victim not to tell anyone about their relationship because it could end bad for him.

David was arrested in July 2018.

Over a year and a half later in November 2019 David pled guilty to attempted statutory sexual offense, indecent liberties with a child, and dissemination of harmful material to a minor.

Upon David's release from prison, he must register as a sex offender for 30 years.
