The brother of Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles was arrested

Gymnast Simone Biles has won multiple Olympic gold medals and has even broke records, sending many female gymnasts from competing countries home crying.

Simone's brother Tevin Biles-Thomas, 24, was arrested on August 30, 2019 charged in a 2018 New Year's Eve shooting in Cleveland, Ohio that left three people dead at an Airbnb party. The shooting happened at a property rented through Airbnb.

Tevin is on active duty with the U.S. Army and was arrested at Fort Stewart in Georgia. A grand jury indicted Tevin on six counts of murder, three counts of voluntary manslaughter, five counts of felonious assault and one count of perjury.

Tevein is charged with killing three people on Dec. 31, 2018, the dead victims are Devaughn Gibson, 23, DelVaunte Johnson, 19, and Toshon Banks, 21. All died from multiple gunshot wounds.

A 21-year-old man who was shot in the head and a 23-year-old woman shot in the arm survived, Ohio police said.
