Arrest made after reported armed robbery
Nebraskian Sutphin, 20, was arrested on September 15, 2020. Nebraska is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
On August 8, 2020 authorities responded to Woodway Oak Circle Charlotte, NC in reference to an armed robbery. The victim stated that suspects stole two of his cell phones and cash while he was sitting in his car.
The alleged suspects then fled the scene, officials say.
