"I not ah come after you" Watch as a woman is killed by cops, she was being evicted and had a knife. Times are hard

47-year-old Yan Li was shot and killed by police in San Diego, CA on March 3, 2022 during an eviction notice at an apartment complex on West Beech Street. 

Deputies from the Court Services Unit had gone to the apartment to serve civil process eviction paperwork on Yan Li. When they contacted her, she was uncooperative and was holding a knife, authorities say.

The woman eventually closed the door and the deputies requested assistance. Cops used a key from building management to open Yan Li's front door.

Cops entered Yan Li's apartment and she was seen with a knife advancing towards an officer, a cop was stabbed in the chest. Cops shot Yan Li, and she died at the scene.

Three members of the San Diego Sheriff’s Department fired their service weapons during this incident.
