Renowned Miami auto designer Alex Vega, 45, was shot and critically injured during a violent ambush in August 2019.

Alex Vega's business has customized high-end vehicles for celebrities such as Marc Anthony, Luis Fonsi, rapper Rick Ross, Olympic track star Usian Bolt, and many others.

Alex was shot twice in the back. A motive for the attack is unknown. Alex is recovering at the hospital.
