21-year-old Robert Aaron Long is charged with killing 8 people at Asian massage parlors across the Atlanta, GA area on March 16, 2021.

Robert told police that he has a sex addiction and wanted to kill Asian sources of sexual temptation at massage parlors. Six of the eight dead victims were women of Asian descent.

Robert started off his alleged hate fueled Asian homicide rampage by shooting five people at Youngs Asian Massage Parlor near Woodstock, GA. Robert allegedly walked in the establishment and started firing away at everyone in sight.

A male customer at the massage parlor locked himself inside a closet during the shooting, his wife would end up dying in the shooting. Four people died in that shooting, while a fifth person was also shot but survived.

Robert then drove to Atlanta, GA where he allegedly shot 3 women to death at the Gold Spa. Robert then went across the street to Aromatherapy Spa where he allegedly shot and killed another woman.

Robert was arrested hours later by state troopers after his parents recognized him from surveillance footage from media outlets and told authorities.

Robert was encountered on a highway by state troopers. He initially refused to stop on the highway, so authorities engaged in a pursuit intervention technique by ramming his vehicle, which brought him to an immediate stop, causing him to crash.

Robert is charged with 8 counts of murder and will likely spend the rest of his life in prison.
