Ramion Baker, 40, and Jerell Mulkey, 29, were arrested on February 17, 2021 charged with robbing a Wells Fargo Bank in Charlotte, NC.

The robbery was on January 28, 2021, at 9:45 a.m., the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2910 South Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint. Bank employees advised officers that a male suspect entered the bank, brandished a firearm, and demanded money. The suspect received the cash and exited the bank.

A possible suspect vehicle was located the next day on Marcel Lane. Officers initiated a traffic stop and apprehended Jerell, who was the driver. He was interviewed by armed robbery detectives and the FBI. He is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

As the investigation continued, detectives identified Ramion as a second suspect in this case and warrants were issued for his arrest. Ramion is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
