On July 31, 2019, at 8:00 a.m., a armed robbery occurred at the Zaxby’s located at 7508 South Tryon Street Charlotte, NC. The investigation revealed an armed suspect forced a victim employee into the business and demanded a safe be opened. 

A physical altercation ensued, and the suspect ultimately fled from the scene. The victim was not shot, but did receive minor injuries as a result of the suspect’s actions.
