The Native Trailblazers Radio Show has announced a call for voting for their 2017 annual Native Trailblazers Music Award

The Native Trailblazers Radio Show has announced a call for voting for their 2017 annual Native Trailblazers Music Awards.

Those wishing to vote are invited to visit the Native Trailblazers website where they can listen to uploaded tracks and vote.

Earlier this summer, Native Trailblazers held its Seventh Annual June Jamz Native Indie showcase and played music from a plethora of well-known Independent native artists such as Keith Secola, Witk0, Frank Waln and Nataanii Means.

In addition Native Artists from the U.S. and Canada and other indigenous communities to include Australia submitted musical genres including Folk, Hip-Hop, Country and Electronic, Traditional, Rock and more. The overall 2016 winner of the Native Trailblazers Music Awards and #JuneJamz was Cody Blackbird and the Cody Blackbird Band.

The Native Trailblazers Radio program is an award-winning indigenous themed online radio show which airs every Friday at 8pm EST on the BlogTalkRadio.com website at blogtalkradio.com/NativeTrailblazers.

On the air since 2009, Native Trailblazers has since attracted nearly one million listeners. The show has been nominated three times for an Indigenous Music Award (formerly the APCMA’s.)

In 2013, the Native Trailblazers Radio program was also selected as one of BlogTalkRadio’s featured shows and is listed as one of the top 300 shows out of the thousands of shows on BlogTalkRadio.
