New Mexico Wilderness Alliance
New Mexico Wild is hosting a celebration of New Mexico’s thirteen new wilderness areas on Saturday, June 1 along with featured guest, Representative Deb Haaland.
Representative Haaland will deliver brief remarks about the federal lands package that established over 270,000 acres of new wilderness in New Mexico this spring as well as ongoing efforts to protect New Mexico’s public lands and wild places at the congressional level. Afterward, New Mexico Wild will lead guests on a short hike with Representative Haaland.
