25 empowering photos: The #IndigenousPeoplesDay2018 celebration in Los Angeles

With such artists as Redbone, Cody Blackbird, Drezus and the Black Eyed Peas, photos taken by Anderson Gould Jr.

As we have reported in Indian Country Today, Indigenous Peoples Day 2018 was in full swing in over 60 major cities across the country. As part of the festivities in Los Angeles, the iconic band Redbone and the Black Eyed Peas came to the stage in a finale concert to celebrate the day as well as the showing power of Indigenous people.

On the scene was Indian Country Today photographer, Anderson Gould Jr. who captured moments throughout the day and evening on October 8th.

Enjoy!
