Today, April 4 at 10:30 am Eastern Time / 9:30 am Central Time, Representative Sharice Davids (D-KS-03) will preside over the House Floor as members vote on the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2019. This pivotal, bipartisan legislation re-authorizes the Violence Against Women Act and improves upon its critical protections and services for all victims of violence and abuse.

Davids has co-sponsored multiple amendments to the bill that address the crisis of violence against Native American women and girls.
