Marty G. Two Bulls Sr. is an member of the Oglala, Lakota from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. He grew up in Rapid City, SD and after graduation he has studied graphic design at the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver Colorado. His professional career includes working in the commercial design sector in television, print technologies, daily newspapers and new media.
It was at his high school newspaper The Pine Needle that Marty first started drawing editorial cartoons. Starting out as a hobby it would later prove to be a sideline career.
Two Bulls has been creating cartoons for the Indian Country Today since December 2001 missing only a hand full of issues. Having produced over six hundred editorial cartoons he continues to work as a senior freelance artist and graphic designer. His website is m2bulls.com
