Lake Balboa: On Monday night, Mar. 29, 2021, California Highway Patrol was in a short vehicle pursuit that started on Ventura Boulevard entering the 405 North, exiting at Victory, then ended when the pursued vehicle crashed into a tree on Victory Boulevard and Whitman Avenue. Two suspects were taken into custody and the Los Angeles Fire Department extinguished the fire.
