Detectives Seeking Public's Help Locating Missing At-Risk Male
The Missing Persons Unit Detectives of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are seeking the public's help in locating Randall Avery Carter who was last seen on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 9:00 p.m. in the area of the 3400 block Hollyslope Road in the city of Altadena.
Mr. Carter suffers from Alzheimer's disease and is currently off medication. His family is concerned for his well-being.
Mr. Carter is a 57-year-old Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 146 pounds, with brown eyes and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue collar shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
