Driver Rescued from Crash Site Found in Ravine off Little Tujunga Canyon Road

A vehicle was found upside down in a ravine on top of another flipped, crashed car.

Los Angeles: Los Angeles County Fire Department and Search and Rescue were called to the scene of a reported vehicle over the side of Little Tujunga Canyon Road at mile marker 11.86, about a mile from Dillon Divide, around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. When crews arrived, they discovered the injured driver in need of medical attention. The driver was transported by Los Angles County Fire helicopter to a hospital in unknown condition.

When the vehicle left the roadway, it crashed into a ravine landing on its roof directly on top of another vehicle that reportedly was already there from another unrelated incident. Details of what possibly caused the accident are not yet confirmed.
