A child is safe and one man is injured after a stabbing and abduction near SeaTac Airport overnight.

SeaTac, WA: At around 1 a.m., emergency crews received word of a possible stabbing in the 16700 block of Pacific Highway in SeaTac at the Ramada Inn. It was reported that the stabbing happened inside a room.

While Deputies and paramedics were responding, it was reported that the suspect had fled the location with the child of the victim.

Crews quickly arrived, treated, and transported one male to a trauma center with unspecified injuries.

Thankfully, through interviewing the victim and witnesses, Deputies were able to track the suspect to the Econo Lodge off south Hosmer in Tacoma.

Deputies took the suspect into custody without incident and were able to place the child into protective custody.

Right now, investigators are still trying to piece everything together but Deputies believe this is a domestic custodial assault.
