Driver Freed by Jaws of Life After T-Bone Collision in Tukwila

Driver had to be freed by the Jaws of Life after T-Bone crash sends him into apartment complex parking lot in Tukwila.

Tukwila, WA: Just before 1 p.m., emergency crews received reports of a serious injury collision with one person possibly unconscious in the 4200 block of Southcenter Boulevard.

When crews arrived, they found one vehicle with moderate front end damage in the intersection and the other vehicle about 100 feet away in the parking lot of an apartment complex. They found all drivers to be conscious upon arrival but the driver of a silver Toyota was trapped in their vehicle.

Fire personnel had to use the JAWS OF LIFE to free the male driver of the silver Toyota.

That male was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.

42nd Avenue South was closed during the duration of the collision so Tukwila Police could investigate
