Puyallup, WA: Today, first responders wanted to come together to say thank you to the hard working staff and caregivers of Good Samaritan hospital. They did so through a parade of sirens and lights around the campus.

At around 3 p.m., the lights and sirens came on and the workers came out to see the amount of love and support everyone has for their hard work.
