Four King County Paramedics Quarantined After COVID-19 Exposure

IAFF 2595, the union for the paramedics, announced today that 4 members are under quarantine.

King County, WA: With today's announcement from Washington Governor Jay Inslee banning events with crowds 250 people or more, the King County Paramedics local 2595 states four of their members are in quarantine after exposure to COVID-19.

Local 2595 serves the greater south end of King County including cities of Burien, Renton, Tukwila, Skyway, Des Moines, Kent and Federal Way.

The union states its members are stepping up and pulling extra shifts so advanced life support coverage for the citizens of King County are not affected.
