High Speed Pursuit Ends in Quiet Federal Way Neighborhood

Kent Police pursue vehicle at high speeds damaging at least one patrol car before ending in quiet neighborhood.

Federal Way: Kent Police officers engaged in a high speed pursuit overnight. Details are limited right now, but what we know is that this started near the East Hill Neighborhood.

Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and it took off. Speeds, at several points, were over 60 mph on city streets. Several attempts were made to utilize spike strips on the suspect but failed.

The pursuit came to an end in Federal Way when the suspect turned onto a dead end street at S 304th and 24th Place S.

In the Video, officers can be seen examining one patrol car with minor front end damage and the suspects vehicle appears to have minor damage as well.
