Two people were self transported to St. Clare's in Lakewood with at least one gunshot wound following the shooting.

Parkland, WA: Just before 2 a.m., Pierce County Sheriff's Deputies received several reports of a parking lot shooting in the 14100 block of Pacific Avenue at Lady Luck's in Parkland. While responding, information was slow to come in but there was a report of at least one person shot and sounds of a large disturbance.

When deputies arrived, there was no victim(s) and information from witnesses was that the victim(s) were loaded into private vehicles to be driven to local hospitals.

As crews investigated the scene, they found multiple shell casings on the ground near a red SUV.

As deputies secured the scene, South Sound 911, the local dispatch center, received a call from Saint Clare's Hospital Emergency Room in Lakewood that two gunshot wound victims had arrived there.

Those two were quickly loaded into medics units from West Pierce Fire and Rescue and transported to a local trauma center for further treatment.

Pierce County Sheriff's Department is investigating further.
