Eye Witness Account of Officer Involved Shooting

Steven Woodard was a foot away yesterday outside the Sunshine Grocery when Auburn Police contacted a subject, a struggle ensued, and shots were fired.

Steve's account is vivid as at one point he tells us he feared for his life after watching this shooting unfold.

Attached is a copy of surveillance footage released by the grocery. The footage does not show the shooting but the audio as the unnamed officer fired one round, paused, and fired a second round.

We are still waiting for an update from the Valley Investigations Team.
