One Person is Injured in Shooting At North SeaTac Community Center

King County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating what led to this male being shot in this violent confrontation

SeaTac, WA: At around 8 p.m., deputies with the King County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a reported shooting at the North SeaTac Community Center, located in the 13700 block of 24th Avenue South.

When deputies arrived, that found one male in late late teens to early 20s suffering from a serious gunshot wound to the upper thigh area of their leg near the basketball court.

Paramedics with King County Medic One arrived shortly thereafter and transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in unknown condition.

Suspect left on foot and deputies deployed a K9 but were not successful is locating the suspect.

Major Crimes is not responding. Only suspect description is a male in theirs 20.
