Anyone recognize these two suspects?

Back in October, an unidentified suspect prowled a truck that was parked outside a residence on 19th Avenue E. in Spanaway. The suspect stole a backpack and a wallet from inside the truck, which contained multiple forms of identification and credit cards.
The victim reported that his stolen credit cards were used later the same day to make over $1700 in fraudulent purchases at the Walmart and Home Depot stores in Spanaway, as well as a small purchase at the Spanaway Deli.
Deputies from our Proactive Property Crime Unit were able to obtain photos of these two unidentified suspects using the stolen credit card to buy hundreds of dollars in power tools - can you help us to identify them?
