Video shows Texas Cop Parking "Thin Blue Line" Jeep in Handicapped Parking Spot

A Texas man recorded a cop parking a Jeep with Thin Blue Line decals on it in a handicapped spot.

Antonio Buehler, co-founder of the cop-watching activist group Peaceful Streets Project, posted a short video to his Facebook page on May 27 showing an off-duty San Antonio cop shrugging him off and telling him to "leave her area" before walking into a Walgreens.

In a separate post, Buehler posted photographs showing a black Jeep sporting Thin Blue Line decals on it parked in a handicapped parking spot.

The only problem: the cop didn't have the required license plate or handicapped tag visibly placed in her vehicle.

The officer, whose name appears to read P. Limon, told Beuhler she forgot her handicapped sign, and proceeded to call Beuhler and his fellow cop-watchers "idiots."

Buehler posted some words of his own about the incident along with a description of the incident and photos and video.

"Unhinged, armed, off-duty San Antonio cop confronted us at the Walgreens on Stasney and South First. She harassed us when we took pictures of her shitty vehicle with the shitty #thinblueline nonsense on it, asked us who we thought we were, put her hand on her pistol and claimed to be disabled, said she forgot her handicapped sign, and then began calling us idiots. This unhinged cop is the type that murders people. "

The video, which lasts about 15 seconds, begins with Buehler finishing a sentence.

"For one...," he can be heard saying as the clip begins.

"OK, can you leave my area?" officer Limon says, waiving her hand in the air.

"Can you not park in a handicapped parking spot!"

"You don't, it says," Beuhler tries to finish before the cop walks away into the Walgreens.

According to Texas law, a "vehicle may be parked for an unlimited period in a parking space that is designated specifically for persons with disabilities if the vehicle is being operated by or for the transportation of a person with a disability, and if the vehicle displays the appropriate plate or placard."
