WATCH: Woman Roughly Arrested at Airport, Allegedly for her Attire

Ben Keller

A viral video shows the rough arrest of a scantily clad woman at a Florida airport.

A video posted to Facebook on October 30 shows four cops arresting an unarmed woman who is roughly taken to the ground after being handcuffed at the Orlando International Airport.

"Just because I want to wear an outfit," the woman says to someone recording the incident.

After the officers handcuff the woman, she complains one of them is trying to break her finger before she's taken to the ground.

"Ow, you're going to break my fucking finger," she screams at the officers.

"Please stop resisting," one of the officers tells her.

"I did," she screams.

"You're gonna break my arm," she screams as the officer apparently continues twisting her fingers and arm.

That's when she's taken to the ground and two officers hold the woman face down as another Orlando police officer grabs her legs.

The woman continues screaming in agony before the video ends.

It's not clear what took place before the video began, but people on Facebook questioned whether or not an actual crime took place.

"So what was the crime exactly in order for all this to even start? Tell you what, not only would I sue the airport PD but each officer too. They’ll NEVER see that pension and I’m looking to drain the FOP dry too," Neil Jay asked on the Atlanta Black Star Facebook page.

Others questioned whether or not there's actually a dress code at the airport.

"I don't understand why people resist. It's a losing situation. Win in court and file your lawsuit. Say nothing accept your name and date of birth offer your identification which should be on your person. Contact a lawyer first chance. Do not make statements in while being detained," Will Smith posted.

Back in mid-August, Orlando police arrested Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, 59, for alleged "erratic" behavior near an airline ticket line after an airline employee told him he was too late to check in for a flight.

Dr. Epstein, 59, argued, yelling loudly.

When police arrived, he yelled and insulted them, too, telling them to arrest him if they weren't going to get him a flight.

As he was being roughly arrested and maced, Epstein complained he was being treated like a "black person."

Dr. Epstein received criticism for his remarks, but later said he was just trying to make a point.

"I was making a point," he said in an interview with WESH 2.

"If you’re going to do this to a white doctor, who is 59 years old, for doing nothing, then why should black people trust you?"

Executive Director of the National Black Justice Coalition David J. Johns criticized Dr. Epstein's comments.

"He was condescending. He was rude. Those are all things that black people could never think to do to a police officer and remain standing and or breathing."

The name of the woman or the nature of her charges is currently unknown.

Oddly, the Facebook post the author links has been deleted. More oddly, there is nothing about this arrest in any media outlet I can find. Google searches show other arrests, including a drunk man being arrested last week. Where is this story? Is it Fake News?

It seems unlikely that the police would, or even could, arrest someone for wearing the clothes shown in the video, which seem to be typical Florida warm weather fashion. She had to do something else. Perhaps she was drunk, or had an emotional support squirrel :)
