Oklahoma Cop Kills Police Chief during Public Safety Conference in Florida

The cop is being held with no bond.

An Oklahoma cop is accused of killing his police chief Sunday while the two of them were attending a law enforcement conference in Florida.

Mannford police officer Michael Nealey was arrested after a "physical confrontation" with Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller that left the chief dead during the conference which was set to take place this week at the Hilton Pensacola Beach hotel, beginning Sunday night.

Nealey was booked into the Escambia County jail and is being held without bond. Despite Florida's broad public record laws, his mugshot has not been released because Florida law makes an exemption for cops.

The two had traveled together and were also featured in a 2017 news story where they conducted training classes on sex offender law to other cops.

No other information has been released at this time. Before the death of the chief, Mannford's police department was made up of nine officers.

The officers were attending the Southeastern Public Safety Training Conference which was set to take place from November 11-15 but organizers have since removed information about the conference from their website.

However, here is a flyer that describes what was in store this week for police attending the conference.

Miller, 44, is survived by his wife, Amber, and three children. He had been chief since 2007, according to KTUL.

Well, better he takes his inborn murderous rage out on the chief than on one of us which surely would have happened.

Simple mistake. Cop mistook the chief for an ordinary citizen and killed him.

The Chief broke off the homosexual relationship they were having and the man got mad: Quoted as saying "If I can't have you, no one will" according to an AIDS infected informant with knowledge of the deviant couple.

Chief thought he was going to a Furry convention and was wearing a dog costume.

Perhaps the cop felt his safety was in danger? Maybe the Chief did not listen to his barked orders? OH OH OH! Could it be the Chief had a cell phone which the cop mistook for a gun? INVESTIGATION OVER, NO CHARGES.
