I have a serious question. Since when does departmental policy trump the actual law. I see all these stories where cops beat the living shit out of some innocent person and the response from the department is "we reviewed the incident and found that the officer's actions fell within departmental guidelines". If that's how it works, then how long until illegal home searches fall within departmental guidelines?

THAT IS A VERY GOOD QUESTION, AND I THINK THAT THEY MAY HAVE ALREADY DONE DID THAT TO US! I HEAR NOW STORIES OF THIS HAPPENING AND NOTHING HAPPENING TO THOSE COPS, ETC. THEY RIP UP THE HOUSE/HOME, AND IN SOME CASES THEY IN THE WRONG ADDRESS! TIME FOR ACTION, AS LONG AS WE ALL DO NOTHING, THEN NOTHING WILL HAPPEN, AND THEY GET AWAY WITH DOING WHAT THEY WANT, WHENEVER THEY WANT! WE PUT UP WITH IT, AND IT WILL NEVER STOP! AND....ONLY GET WORSE!
