Need some guidance please. I was arrested and assaulted by Little Elm, Texas police department for filming them. Driver v Turner and Glick v Cunniffee confirms I didn't break the law. I have video to prove it.

Glik v. Cunniffe, 655 F.3d 78 (1st Cir. 2011) isn't the case you should reference if the incident happened in Texas, as Texas is under the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, not the First Circuit which Glik is from. The case you need to look up is Turner v. Driver No. 16-10312 (5th Cir. 2017). Also... you should acquaint yourself with Texas Penal Code 38.02, which the 5th circuit court based, in part, it's decision upon.

I have to assume the cops weren't stupid enough to actually charge you with filming them as it is perfectly legal to film, photograph, or otherwise, record anything that can be seen in a public place in Texas. So then... what contempt of cop charges were you actually booked under?
